Accounting Clerk

HR Intern

Data Center Network Administrator

Plex Systems is looking for an experienced Datacenter Administrator to grow their career with our progressive organization.

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Oversees the day-to-day operation of computer networks including hardware/software support, training, and special projects
  • Plans, designs and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems
  • Assists in coordinating special projects including network related wiring plans, LAN/WAN hardware/software purchases, and system installation, backup, maintenance and problem solving
  • Assists in providing network and remote connectivity hardware/software support
  • Manages and troubleshoots ISP circuits and the BGP configurations
  • Analyzes and troubleshoots the network logs and tracks the nature and resolution of problems
  • Monitors usage to ensure security of data and access privileges

Business Intelligence Project Manager

Plex Systems is a mid-sized, progressive, and technically-minded company that has created the first
SaaS ERP/MES system, Plex Online. We are looking for a highly-motivated and passionate individual who will be a product specialist for our Business Intelligence solution for Plex Online.  The Project Manager will work with our customers to gather requirements, train end users, and implement Plex Systems Business Intelligence tool. This is a full-time position in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Primary Responsibilities:                

  • Develop and deliver WebFocus training to end-users
  • Act as a WebFocus product specialist for our customers and internal departments
  • Gather and analyze functional requirements from end-users
  • Help maintain integration points between Plex Online and WebFocus

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in working with WebFocus and InfoAssist
  • Experience merging data from multiple sources using joins with InfoAssist

Pre-Sales Consultant

Business Intelligence Engineer

Plex Systems is a mid-sized, progressive, and technically-minded company that has created the first
SaaS ERP/MES system, Plex Online. We are looking for a highly-motivated and passionate BI Engineer who will be responsible for designing and implementing our Business Intelligence solution for Plex Online. This position will involve requirements gathering, design, development, training, deployment, and maintenance of BI solutions to our end users.  This is a full-time position in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Primary Responsibilities:          

  • Develop dashboards, reports, analytics, and Business Intelligence solutions in a rapid prototype environment
  • Administer the Business Intelligence environment – users, security, authentication, etc.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience

Director of Marketing Programs

Job Summary

Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing high impact, strategic marketing and lead generation programs. This position places a special focus on managing team efforts across multiple functional areas to achieve maximum results, and management of online & web marketing communications efforts, as well as supporting aggressive and formalized lead generation programs and reporting.


Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the planning, coordination, and production of Plex Systems’ marketing programs, and associated staff resources
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing programs that generate qualified leads, promote sales, drive revenues and support the overall strategic direction of the company

  • Manage external agencies for public relations, direct marketing, database management and list acquisition, website SEO, SEM and PPC advertising

  • Manage internal team members supporting public relations, web site design and publishing, events managements, multi-media production, lead generation, and lead qualification

  • Track, report and analyze key performance indicators/metrics for all marketing programs, including web analytics, reports from the marketing automation and CRM systems, and more

Skills & Experience Required:

Post Implementation Project Manager

Implementation team.  As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent
relationships with our customers who are currently using Plex Online.  The ideal candidate should enjoy
