Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to reviewing resumes, assisting in general human resource duties, filing, data entry, occasional backup for company’s receptionist, assist in events planning, and other administrative duties as assigned.

• 3+ years building and maintaining networks

Responsibilities include:

• Implement and maintain Transactional Replication
• Implement and  maintain Merge Replication
• Implement and maintain Partitioning schemes
• Maintaining database in a 7X24 VLDB environment
• Creating indexes and maintaining them
• Checking for and resolving DB integrity issues
• Monitoring SQL Server memory utilization
• Monitoring for locking and blocking
• Implementation and administration of SQL Server Failover Clusters
• Administer SQL Server Agent jobs, operators, and alerts
• Implement and maintain Database Mirroring
• Implement and maintain Database Compression

Requirements:

• 3 years relevant work experience
• Experience with SQL Server 2008
• Working knowledge of Transactional and Merge Replication
• Working knowledge of Partitioning in a VLDB environment
• Prefer a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related degree

Plex Systems is a mid-sized, progressive, and technically-minded company that has created the first
SaaS ERP/MES system, Plex Online. We are looking for a highly-motivated and passionate BI Engineer who will be responsible for designing and implementing our Business Intelligence solution for Plex Online. This position will involve requirements gathering, design, development, training, deployment, and maintenance of BI solutions to our end users.  This is a full-time position in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Primary Responsibilities:          

• Develop dashboards, reports, analytics, and Business Intelligence solutions in a rapid prototype environment
• Administer the Business Intelligence environment – users, security, authentication, etc.
• Provide seamless integration between Plex Online and the BI solution
• Train Plex employees and customers in developing and extending the BI solution

Job Summary

We are currently seeking individuals with hands-on manufacturing experience to join our Post
Implementation team.  As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent
relationships with our customers who are currently using Plex Online.  The ideal candidate should enjoy
managing multiple projects, can willingly adapt to a fast changing environment, and interact positively with
customers and internal departments. 

Responsibilities:

• Mentor customers on best practices for usage of Plex Online
• Manage user support requests
• Diagnose and resolve customer’s system usage issues
• Work with the Development department regarding customer enhancement requests
• Manage timelines of development delivery 
• Test and implement newly created enhancements for functionality
• Train customers on usage of new enhancements and system modules
• Minimal travel to customer locations

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in automotive, food/beverage, and/or aerospace manufacturing
• Prefer experience within materials management, supply chain, or quality
• ERP/manufacturing software implementation experience a strong plus
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Experience with Plex Online a strong plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer kick-off meetings: review project expectations, deliverables, and training timelines
• Validate manufacturing processes on-site at customer locations
• Provide Plex Online system configurations
• Develop plan and timeline for implementation
• Scope and submit enhancements to development team
• Lead pilot meetings
• Conduct training sessions via webex
• Provide direction and guidance on usage of data migration tools
• Continuously refine and validate manufacturing processes, while coaching customer on best practices throughout the implementation process
• Provide on-site support at go-live event

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in automotive, food/beverage, or aerospace manufacturing
• Prefer experience within materials management, supply chain, or quality
• ERP/manufacturing software implementation experience a strong plus
