Direct Part Marking

Track individual pieces or components for an extremely detailed level of traceability. The system supports Data Matrix and other standard symbologies, along with a highly unique technology called glyph. The Plex Systems glyph can be applied via laser etching or printed on a standard label printer.

Gage Interface

Plex Online integrates with electronic gages, which eliminates data entry issues on inspection checksheets.

Automatic Notification System

Plex Online supports a variety of automatic, user-configurable notifications when key events occur, including notification by email, pager or cell phone.

Touchscreens

Use Plex Online with touchscreens for shop floor use.

CAD Integration

Plex Online provides seamless integration between the part dimensions inside the CAD file and the part specifications in the Plex Systems database.

Visio Integration

Plex Online is integrated with the diagramming and flow charting tool Visio. The Visio Integration Module links with Visio diagrams into Plex Online.

Use Plex Online to directly fax or email reports and documents.

RFID

Plex Online integrates with Radio Frequency Identification (RF ID) tracking technology.
